Renaming A Mac OS10.x Computer
- Click on the Apple Menu (top left corner) and choose System Preferences.
- From the System Preferences window, click ‘Sharing’ located under the
Internet and Network section. - From the Sharing window, type your new name in the ‘Computer Name’ field.
